Our Verdict: The Indian Maritime University (IMU), Chennai, serves as the headquarters of IMU. The campus is sprawling, rich, and amazing! Being a government college, they lack the expertise of tie-ups with other shipping companies. But the placements here are quite good, and is definitely at-par with other Maritime Training Institutions in the country.

The fee structure is also quite reasonable. Definitely recommended.
